Singapore, 18 April 2005 - China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd ("the Company") has received a notice from the High Court of Singapore confirming that the hearing of the Judicial Management Petition filed by SK Energy Asia Pte Ltd ("SKEA") has been fixed on 26 May 2005 at 10 am.
