China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited
The largest aviation transportation logistics service provider in China, with a diverse portfolio of businesses comprising aviation fuel distribution, storage and refueling services at over 258 airports in China.
China Aviation Oil (Hong Kong) Company Limited
Established in May 1998, CAOHK supplies jet fuel to its airline customers at Hong Kong International Airport as well as other key airports in the Asia-Pacific region.
North American Fuel Corporation
Incorporated in the United States of America in April 2008, NAFCO is a major jet fuel supplier at Los Angeles International Airport and has since expanded its jet fuel cargo import business to Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.
China Aviation Fuel (Europe) Limited
Established in November 2013, CAFEU, a fueling concessionaire at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, is also a jet fuel supplier at Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Brussels and other airport hubs in Europe.
CNAF Hong Kong Refuelling Limited
As the third licensed refueller at Hong Kong International Airport (“HKIA”), CNAF HKR is well-equipped with a fleet of specialised hydrant dispensers and bowsers which are supported by a refuelling station that comes with an administration building and scheduling office sited in a 3,000 m2 compound.
CAO’s wholly owned subsidiary, CAO HK owns a 68% stake in CNAF HKR, with other shareholders, Shenzhen Cheng Yuan Aviation Oil Company, China United Petroleum (Holding) Company Limited and Cheer Luck Investment Limited holding equity stakes of 18.5%, 8.5% and 5% respectively.
China National Aviation Fuel TSN-PEK Pipeline Transportation Corp Ltd
Established in 2008, TSN-PEKCL is a dedicated pipeline company supplying jet fuel to Beijing Capital International Airport and Tianjin Binhai International Airport. Its key asset is a 185 km-long multi-oil product pipeline which links Tianjin Tanggu Nanjiang Port, Tianjin Binhai Airport and Beijing Capital Airport.
CAO owns 49% of TSN-PEKCL, with the remaining equity stake held by China National Aviation Fuel Logistics Co.,Ltd.
Shanghai Pudong International Airport Aviation Fuel Supply Co. Ltd
Established in 1997, SPIA is the exclusive supplier of jet fuel and into-plane services at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (“Pudong Airport”). It owns and operates all refuelling facilities at Pudong Airport, which include a full suite of hydrant systems, fuel-pumping trucks, fuel pumps, oil storage facilities within the airport and at the jetty, and a 42 km-long pipeline connecting Pudong Airport to Shanghai Waigaoqiao Port.
The other two shareholders of SPIA are Shanghai International Airport Co., Ltd (40%) and Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Company (27%).
Shenzhen Zhenghe Petrochemicals Co. Ltd
Incorporated in 2004, Zhenghe (formerly known as China Aviation Oil Xinyuan Petrochemicals Co., Ltd) engages in the business of storage tank leasing and trading of oil products. Its key asset is a storage tank farm located in the city of Maoming, Guangdong Province, China, with a total storage capacity of 79,000 m3.
CAO owns a 40% equity stake in Zhenghe, with the remaining stake held by Dongguan Shengyuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd (60%)
Oilhub Korea Yeosu Co., Ltd
The largest independent storage tank terminal in Yeosu, South Korea, OKYC owns and operates a commercial storage tank terminal with a total capacity of 1.3 million m3, capable of storing crude oil, jet fuel, and other oil products. It is strategically located at the centre of the North-East Asian region with easy access to major oil consuming countries and well-equipped for very large crude carriers (VLCC) loading and discharging at berth up to 17.7 metres.
CAO is the second largest shareholder (26%) of OKYC after Korea National Oil Corporation, which holds 29% of total issued shares of OKYC. Other shareholders include GS Caltex (11%), SK Incheon Petrochem (11%), Samsung C&T Corporation (10%), SL Corporation (8%) and LX International (5%).
Aircraft Fuel Supply B.V.
Incorporated in the Netherlands, AFS holds the concession from the Schiphol Airport Authority to manage the storage and distribution infrastructure of jet fuel on behalf of its shareholders to airlines at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
CAO holds 11.11% of AFS’s issued shares while the other shareholders include major airline companies and oil majors.
Core Business
Jet fuel supply and trading
CAO supplies jet fuel to key international airports and airlines in Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe and the Middle East. Capitalising on its strength in the Chinese market, CAO also serves as a trading hub for the importation and exportation of jet fuel, leveraging its global network to expand trading operations as well as product offerings to include SAF and carbon credits, etc.


Trading of other oil products
Embracing a diversification strategy, CAO enhances its trading network with an oil products portfolio spanning fuel oil, gasoil, gasoline, crude oil and other petroleum components. To support this growth, CAO leverages logistics, storage and blending capabilities to meet varied specifications.
Investments
The CAO Group owns investments that are synergistic to its supply and trading activities, with a portfolio of oil-related assets comprising storage tanks, terminals, pipelines and airport refuelling facilities, to consolidate an integrated global supply and trading value chain.
